This will be our 7th Year participating in the Brissie to the Bay Ride.

In 2016 our amazing friend Helen lost her battle and passed away whilst we were tackling this Brissie to the Bay event.

Helen's funny, charismatic nature, her courage and laughter right till the end is something not found in everyone. That day we lost one of our best friends. Helen was a special person in our life and every year we RIDE for her!

I know you'll be watching with a grin from ear to ear Helen....I can just hear you saying..."Have fun with that Jen but NO I can't join you because I think I'm washing my hair that day! :)"
