Get your crew together on Zoom, Facetime, Facebook Messenger - whatever platform works best for the teams and get them to mark their answers on pieces of paper.
The winner can be the highest scorer, with prizes for the most creative team name or best dressed (you can even theme it: Tiger King, 1990s, Disney characters?): maybe you can boost your fundraising by auctioning off your costume for the quiz call ($100 and you host in a ballgown, novelty Santa suit in the cupboard? For $250 you could be hosting trivia in it!)
