You might have seen this on your socials (or been tagged in it yourself!), here’s how to make it work and jumpstart your 30 for 30 Challenge fundraising!
What is it?
This challenge blew up with people doing for a 5km walk/jog/run, donating $5 to a cause and then nominating 5 others to do the same. You might have seen it on your Facebook or Instagram – with people posting their fitness tracking routes or a post-jog photo as proof.

How to use it to fundraise for your 30 for 30 Challenge
Of course to make it more appropriate for your ride to fight MS, you can adapt your 'Do' to a 5km cycle, but don't limit yourself to just a fitness challenge! Some ideas of five creative things you can do:
- Creative genius? Make five artworks and nominate the artists to do the same.
- Masterchef in the making? Challenge your culinary friends to make five delicious meals!
- Not afraid of the fashion police? Wear 5 pieces of retro fashion out in public and challenge the fashion tragics.
- Go without for 5: Give up something for 5 days, whether that's sacrificing your daily coffee or having a meat-free dinner Monday-Friday, you can even challenge the softdrink addicts and junk food junkies to give up their treats for 5 days.
Then just donate $5 to your own page, snap some picture proof of your efforts and share it out with your fundraising page link & then nominate 5 others.
