My target 0kms

I am taking part in the 2021 MS Brissie to the Bay in June, to join the fight against multiple sclerosis.

I am raising funds to show my support and your donation will make an impact to change the lives of people living with MS.

Did you know:

  • On average, more than 10 Australians are diagnosed with MS every week
  • The average age of diagnosis is just 30 years of age.
  • Three out of four Australians with MS are women

Your support will help fund essential services like physiotherapy, occupational therapy, counselling and symptom management, as well as MS research to look for better treatments and ultimately a cure for the disease.

Please DONATE to support our ride to help ensure no one faces MS alone.

My Updates

Thanks to church community

Thankyou to my Holland Park Church of Christ  community for eating plenty of pancakes at the MS awareness day and fundraiser and tipping me over the top of my fundraising goal.

Longest training ride so far

Well, did 83 km this morning. Legs were spent. Hoping I can endure a further 17 km on June 13.

Birthday gifts

I got new bike shoes and cushie seat for my birthday - all set for a great ride.

Trying a new seat to save the backside

I did  a 64 km ride, other than the sore bones on my backside, I felt pretty good.  Have swapped my bike seat, hoping this makes for a more comfortable ride.  Those fighting MS you have my respect for the pains you endure on a daily basis.

Weekly goal

Have set a goal to ride  at least 100 km each week, leading up to the Brissie to bay ride. Hopefully this gets my legs into shape.

Brisbane to the Bay ride for MS (multiple sclerosis) (

Hi I'm riding 100 km for multiple sclerosis in June and I'd love everyone to donate a little. My target is $2500. That's $2 from 1250 people.  Can you help?
I've started training and my best ride so far is 64 km in 3 hrs. Very tired legs and sore backside, but hoping I can stay focused over the next few months.
